Welcome to Southwest Neurosurgical Associates, the office of Dr. Andrew K. Metzger. We are an independent, private practice of neurological surgery based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We treat a variety of surgical disorders of the brain and spine. Dr. Metzger also has special expertise in Gamma Knife radiosurgery, a non-surgical, minimally invasive technique used to treat a variety of brain disorders.
